About the Role This executive role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team. The position provides strategic and operational leadership across service delivery and client relations, ensuring safe, high-quality and person-centred outcomes for customers. The role has organisation-wide responsibility for operational performance, quality services and clinical governance, customer experience, and continuous improvement. It also provides executive oversight of business development and marketing to support sustainable growth and strengthen the organisation’s market presence. Key Responsibilities Lead operational performance across all service delivery programs, ensuring safety, quality, and customer outcomes Embed a strong customer experience approach, including effective management of feedback and complaints Drive continuous improvement and operational change aligned to the strategic plan Provide executive oversight of quality, safety, risk and clinical governance Lead business development and marketing in partnership with internal teams to support growth and tendering Use data and insights to monitor performance, manage risk and drive accountability Build strong relationships with customers, families and stakeholders across the sector Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, legislation, and organisational frameworks About You We are seeking a senior leader with strong experience across service delivery and client relations operations, within a complex and regulated environment.
