We are currently looking for multiple factory production line Assemblers to work inside a busy Windows / Doors / Fly screen - Manufacturing Production Plant. Day shift hours, and located in Clayton this job is an Ongoing work opportunity - Casual through to Permanent, for the right individuals. On the job training provided, teach you skills that will set you up for life Full time hours Temp to perm opportunity where your earning capacity only grows bigger About the Role: Work in a window manufacturing environment assembling high-quality aluminium and timber window units Operate effectively in a workshop or production line setting with a focus on precision, efficiency, and safety Read and interpret technical drawings to understand design specifications and requirements Measure, cut, and assemble materials accurately to meet production standards Safely use a range of hand and power tools as part of the assembly process What we need from you: Full time availability and working rights Previous experience using hand or power tools physically capable and comfortable with manual handling of 20kg consistently Aptitude to learn tried and test assembly procedures Ability to follow diagrams and drawings If you are looking to set yourself up for a career and want to be taught a number of key manufacturing and life skils then apply today At Horner we recognise the value of a diverse workforce and the creation of inclusive workforce cultures.
