Support day‑to‑day site operations and reporting Join an iconic Australian FMCG Free health checks, 2L milk & onsite parking The Role Our Chelsea Heights site is located in Melbourne's south-east, manufacturing a range of more than 44 milk, milk-based beverages and cream products. The site currently produces around 100 million litres of product every year! This role supports the Operations team by coordinating systems, processes, and everyday administrative activities with care and attention to detail. You'll manage routine and ad‑hoc tasks, help maintain strong governance practices, and step in to support Manufacturing Team Leaders when needed-contributing to smooth operations and a well‑supported team environment. Responsibilities Maintain accurate data, reporting, and operational systems Partner with Manufacturing Managers on resourcing, planning and budget alignment Track and share performance insights to support site objectives Coordinate purchasing, inventory and core operational processes Act as a central point of connection across shifts, supporting teams and continuous improvement About you Experience in manufacturing environments, with the ability to adapt to change SAP experience is highly regarded Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with confidence in reporting Able to work independently and make sound decisions Takes ownership and follows through on outcomes Bega Group Story Bega Group is home to many trusted and iconic food and beverage brands.
