These roles are ideal for individuals who are looking for flexible work arrangements and are available to work across a variety of shifts. After completing your training, you’ll be behind the wheel on these brand-new bus routes. Route 501: Springfield ↔ Ipswich Route 520: Goodna station ↔ Eden’s Crossing Route 522: Redbank station ↔ Springfield Central station Route 523: Redbank Plains ↔ Augustine Heights ↔ Springfield Central station Duties Operate buses safely, efficiently, and professionally. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the passenger experience. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Actively manage fatigue and adhere to all fatigue management regulations. Perform pre-start checks, routine inspections, and refuel as necessary. Complete required documentation accurately and punctually. Follow company policies and HSEQ requirements to promote a safe workplace. Report hazards and participate in health, safety, and well-being initiatives. About you Hold a valid 'MR/HR' class license and Drivers Authorisation for Public Passenger Vehicles Have held an unrestricted Australian driver’s licence for at least 12 months within the last 24 months Have full working rights in Australia or New Zealand Available to work a highly flexible casual roster, including AM, PM, split shifts, weekends, and public holidays Demonstrate a strong understanding of, and commitment to, fatigue management regulations Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical examination Proven customer service skills with a positive attitude and safe driving techniques Ability to learn routes quickly Strong communication skills and the ability to read and follow instructions Committed to safety and teamwork We will support you with: Scheduled test drive Commercial Driver’s Medical Assessment Reference Checks VEVO Check (if required) Ready to Take the Wheel?
