Overview Business Review Group (BRG) is supporting the Department of Defence in sourcing a Project Manager to contribute to the delivery of capability outcomes within the Land Command, Control, Communications and Computing (LC4) Program. This role sits within Army Headquarters (AHQ) – Land Capability Division and focuses on the planning, coordination and delivery of Radios and Battle Tactical Network (BTN) capability streams across the land C4 domain. Working as part of an integrated LC4 delivery team, the successful candidate will support program-aligned project management, stakeholder coordination and capability integration activities across the capability lifecycle. Key Details Client: Department of Defence Group: Army Headquarters – Land Capability Division Location: Canberra, ACT EST Start Date: 1 July 2026 Engagement: Full Time Security Clearance: NV1 Required Experience & Skills Minimum 5 years' experience in project management, project support or coordination Demonstrated experience delivering projects in complex environments Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience preparing briefs, reports and governance documentation Ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced environments Proven stakeholder engagement across Defence, APS or industry Working knowledge of the One Defence Capability System (ODCS) NV1 security clearance (minimum), or ability to obtain Desirable Experience Formal project management qualifications Experience within Defence or government environments Exposure to land communications, networking or C4 systems Experience in document control, configuration or records management Military or headquarters / operational environment exposure
