Business Analyst – SAP HCM Data We’re seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM data experience to support a major transformation programme. This role will focus on position and workforce data, ensuring data quality, supporting migration activities, reconciliation, reporting, audit support, and maintaining data integrity across systems. Key responsibilities Gather and document business and data requirements Support data migration, mapping and validation activities Perform data reconciliation across multiple systems Analyse position and workforce data for quality and integrity issues Support reporting, audit requests and data governance activities Work closely with business, functional and technical stakeholders across the programme Assist with testing, defect resolution and data-related process improvement About you Proven experience as a Business Analyst in SAP data-focused roles Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM Experience in data migration, data mapping, reconciliation and data quality Strong understanding of workforce and position data structures Experience working in complex transformation or implementation programmes Strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile programme and contribute to a critical data workstream.
