We’re looking for a Customer Information Administrator to join a NSW Government team that helps manage important legal and customer records. The work you do will directly support services that assist people through complex and often sensitive situations across NSW. INCLUDED IN WHAT YOU'LL DO: Accurately record and update legal orders and customer information in secure systems Maintain high-quality, reliable data across customer records Process information in line with set timeframes and service standards Respond to internal requests, including subpoenas and GIPA applications Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders about documentation Identify and correct data quality issues in records Support improvements to records management processes and systems WHAT YOU HAVE: Experience in records management, administration or data entry roles Demonstrated experience handling high volumes of structured, detail-heavy work with accuracy Confidence using CRMs (e.g. OpenText, TRIM, Objective or similar) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Clear and professional communication skills Comfortable working with sensitive or confidential information A positive, team-focused approach and willingness to learn Government, legal, health or community services experience is a bonus, but not essential. MUST HAVE clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
