This role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, monitoring, and execution of supply, storage, and distribution activities for fresh produce across domestic and international markets. The Role As a Sales & Export Operations Supervisor, you will ensure: Effective coordination of supply, storage, and distribution activities Accurate tracking and control of fresh produce inventory and movements Reliable order fulfilment outcomes across domestic and export markets Compliance with export, regulatory, and customer requirements Reduced supply chain risk through proactive monitoring and communication. Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or higher, or with 5 years of relevant experience in the field, a fresh produce or food industry focus would be an advantage. Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded. Strong understanding of supply and distribution principles, including inventory flow, logistics coordination, and demand planning Knowledge of seasonality, quality standards, and supply variability inherent in fresh produce operations Experience operating systems to record, monitor, and report on inventory, sales orders, and distribution activities High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced operational environment Strong communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams, customers, and external logistics providers.
