This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role where systems engineering meets AI‑driven automation and modern DevOps practices.You’ll help shape an agent‑enabled digital stack, using AI, integrations and workflow automation to improve reliability, speed, security and delivery velocity across our digital and operational environments.What You’ll Make HappenGuest Experience & Digital EnablementIdentify friction points across guest journeys and design system‑level improvements across web, mobile and operational touchpoints.Enhance booking, check‑in, CRM, loyalty and in‑stay digital experiences through smarter integrations and automation.Support scalable, reliable guest‑facing systems that prioritise performance and resilience.Systems, Integrations & AutomationBuild and maintain lightweight backend services, scripts and integration components.Design and implement API‑driven and event‑based integrations across marketing, operations and hotel systems.Create workflow automations that reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency for internal teams.AI Pipelines & Agentic WorkflowsDesign and orchestrate AI‑driven workflows that automate reasoning, coordination and task execution across systems.Implement agent‑based patterns that support autonomous, multi‑step processes while ensuring safety and observability.Apply AI thoughtfully to improve development, diagnostics and solution design.DevOps, Reliability & GovernanceImplement CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and environment management practices.Support monitoring, observability and performance analysis to keep systems healthy and reliable.Ensure security, privacy and data governance standards are met, including validation of AI‑generated outputs.Collaboration & InfluencePartner closely with Product, Marketing, Operations and Engineering teams to deliver integrated solutions.Support troubleshooting and continuous improvement across live systems.Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable outcomes for non‑technical stakeholders.What We’re Looking For6–10 years’ experience in systems engineering, integrations, automation or related roles.Strong understanding of system architecture, APIs, cloud concepts and modern integration patterns.Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript, TypeScript).Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control and deployment workflows.Exposure to AI‑assisted development, automation or agent‑based systems.Guest‑centric mindset, with a focus on reliability, speed and real‑world impact.Clear communicator who collaborates effectively across disciplines.Nice to haveExperience with guest‑facing or hospitality platforms (PMS, POS, booking, CRM, operational systems).Exposure to agentic AI frameworks, orchestration tools or event‑driven architectures.Experience with observability, diagnostics or performance tuning in production environments.
