Discover what we do at Expo Centric: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7yKFWj_8e3Q https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PiR8qYJ2IRQ&t=9s What You'll Do Business Development & Revenue Growth Develop and execute a growth strategy for the WA market Identify, target, and secure new clients across exhibitions, conferences, and brand activations Build relationships with event organisers, venues, agencies, and corporate brands Drive a strong revenue pipeline and meet agreed targets Represent Expo Centric at industry events and networking opportunities Client Relationship Management Build long-term partnerships with key WA clients Lead client pitches, meetings, and presentations Translate client objectives into creative and effective exhibition solutions Ensure high satisfaction, strong retention, and repeat business Project Oversight Oversee projects from brief to delivery Work closely with designers, project managers, and production teams Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with exceptional quality Manage risks, logistics, and client expectations Operations & Team Leadership Establish and manage Perth office operations Build, grow, and lead a local team over time Coordinate closely with the Sydney head office for production, design, and logistics Maintain operational excellence and quality control Financial Management Manage the P&L of the WA business unit Monitor project margins and financial performance Ensure profitability and adherence to business targets Brand Representation Act as the face of Expo Centric in Western Australia Maintain strong relationships with local venues, suppliers, and industry partners Promote Expo Centric's reputation for creativity, reliability, and service excellence ✅ What You Bring Essential 7 years of experience in events, exhibitions, experiential marketing, or related industries Strong business development and sales experience Experience managing large-scale projects and client relationships Strong commercial understanding of budgets, margins, and profitability Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven leadership experience and the ability to build high-performing team.
