We are seeking a qualified and experienced Full-Time Management Accountant to support financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic decision-making within the business. Duties and Responsibilities Prepare and present financial and management reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow reports, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. Develop, implement, and monitor budgetary and accounting systems, policies, and procedures to ensure effective financial management and control. Conduct financial analysis and provide insights on business performance, cost structures, and operational efficiency. Prepare forecasts, budgets, and financial plans, and analyse variances between actual and projected results. Provide strategic financial advice to management on investment decisions, cost management, and business growth opportunities. Analyse financial information to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and recommend actions to improve profitability and performance. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial policies. Assist in the preparation of financial statements for reporting purposes and support external audit processes. Develop and maintain financial models and reporting systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency of financial data. Monitor and control expenditure, revenue, and cash flow to ensure alignment with financial objectives. Evaluate financial implications of business initiatives, including capital investments and operational changes. Liaise with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and support business planning activities. Qualifications and Requirements Relevant bachelor's degree or higher qualification in Accounting, Commerce, or related field. Minimum of 1 years' experience in a Management Accountant or similar role. Strong knowledge of management accounting principles, financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting. Experience in preparing financial reports and interpreting financial data for decision-making. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools. Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders. High attention to detail and ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Salary The role offers a remuneration package ranging from $60,000 to $75,000 per annum , plus superannuation, based on a 38-hour work week.
