The Opportunity We are seeking a motivated Senior Accountant to join our Business Services team. You’ll work closely with managers and partners, taking ownership of client portfolios while mentoring junior staff and contributing to strategic advisory work. Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of SME clients across various industries Prepare financial statements, income tax returns, and BAS Provide tax planning and business advisory services Review work completed by junior/intermediate accountants Build and maintain strong client relationships Assist with workflow management and team development About You 3–6 years’ experience in public practice accounting CA/CPA qualified or near completion Strong knowledge of Australian tax legislation Experience with cloud-based accounting software (Xero, MYOB, etc.) Excellent communication and client-facing skills Proactive, detail-oriented, and team-focused What’s on Offer Clear career progression pathway to Manager Exposure to advisory and complex client work Supportive leadership and ongoing professional development Flexible working arrangements Competitive salary package WFH flexibility Ready to Make an Impact?
