About the job Are you a precision agriculture expert ready to drive the future of farming technology? We are seeking a motivated Product Specialist to join a global leader in autonomous and smart farming solutions. This is a 100% remote-based role, ideally suited for candidates located in regional New South Wales or South Australia . You will act as the primary technical authority for a cutting-edge portfolio, bridging the gap between innovative technology and practical on-farm application. Working closely with regional leadership, you will empower a diverse dealer network to maximise product adoption and deliver exceptional customer outcomes across several leading brands. Role responsibilities: Provide high-level technical sales and operational training to dealer personnel. Lead personalised customer demonstrations and support local field days and clinics. Build and maintain trusted partnerships with dealers to drive market penetration. Execute local business strategies to enhance customer loyalty and product optimization. Collaborate with global marketing teams to develop and implement effective training regimes. Assist dealers in qualifying leads and managing the end-to-end sales process for precision kits. Required skills: Extensive technical knowledge of precision farming (GPS, steering, and autonomous systems). At least 5 years of experience in agricultural sales, technical support, or a related field. Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships with dealers and end-users. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using Salesforce. Self-motivated with the discipline to work autonomously in a remote environment. Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time to support the territory. This position offers a competitive base salary plus an annual performance bonus and a $20,000 car allowance.
