What you’ll do As the Clinical Coordinator, reporting to the Clinical Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring strong clinical governance, supporting and mentoring staff, and driving continuous improvement in care outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone passionate about aged care and making a real difference in residents’ lives. You’ll be trusted to make a valuable impact by: Deliver high quality nursing care, including specialised nursing care Lead and mentor the clinical and care team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centered care Support clinical governance through comprehensive assessments, care planning, and regular reviews Ensure compliance with aged care standards and accreditation through robust quality and risk management Educate and upskill staff to build a high-performing, confident clinical team Work closely with GPs, allied health providers and families to deliver holistic care Prepare accurate documentation and support ongoing service improvement initiatives What you’ll bring To thrive in this role, you will have: Bachelor of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse Experience in a senior clinical leadership role, preferably in residential aged care Deep understanding of the Aged Care Standards, Quality Framework, and related legislation Strong mentoring, problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced environment A proactive, compassionate, and team-focused approach Why AnglicareSA?
