Our client seeks experienced Concrete Finishers working across local Government and council projects to work either from their Maddington Yard or their Landsdale Yard. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality finishes, works well within a crew, and is looking for consistent, long-term work with a reputable company. Some of their services to Local Govt Councils include removal and reinstatement of footpaths/driveways/verges/kerbing, reticulation repairs, site clean and backfill using suitable materials. About the role : You'll work as part of a concrete crew delivering high-quality finishes across residential and streetscape projects Perform all aspects of concrete finishing to a high standard Work across footpaths, pavements, crossovers and pram ramps Set out string lines, set up formwork to correct levels and base prep Complete finishing techniques including broom finish, trowel finish and liquid limestone, exposed aggregate Assist with preparation, placement and finishing of concrete Maintain productivity while ensuring attention to detail and quality Follow safety procedures and contribute to a safe work environment Support crew operations and work collaboratively on site About you: Minimum 3 years' experience in concreting At least 1 year of residential concreting experience (footpaths, pavements, crossovers, pram ramps) Ability to read and interpret plans/drawings (highly desirable) Strong finishing skills and attention to detail Physically fit and capable of manual labour Strong work ethic and safety-conscious Ability to pass Drug & Alcohol screening Construction White Card (essential) C Class Manual Driver's Licence (essential) MR Licence (desirable) Quickcut Ticket (desirable) About us : Zeal Personnel is a leading labour hire and recruitment company, operated by industry professionals with extensive experience who truly understand the unique demands of their clients.
