You'll develop and manage programs using Primavera P6, while supporting progress tracking and reporting across multiple projects. Working across live projects and tenders, you'll play a key role in delivering robust, buildable programs that reflect how work is actually executed on site. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain detailed project programs using Primavera P6 Build programs from first principles based on construction methodology Support tender planning and develop tender programs Monitor progress, identify risks, and optimise project schedules Prepare planning reports, including basis of schedule Contribute to progress reporting using Excel / Power BI Work across multiple projects and collaborate with delivery teams Your Skills and Experience You're a seasoned and hands-on Senior Planner with a background in civil infrastructure projects, confident working across both delivery and tender phases. You understand how projects are built, not just how they're scheduled, and can translate construction methodology into practical, buildable programs. To hit the ground running, you'll need: Proven experience using Primavera P6 Experience developing and managing programs for live construction projects and tenders Strong understanding of construction sequencing and delivery, backed by site-based experience Ability to build programs from first principles, not just maintain existing schedules Experience supporting progress tracking and reporting (Power BI or similar) Strong communication and report writing skills, including basis of schedule documentation Experience in 4D planning is highly regarded but not compulsory.
