Represent on-trend European bathroomware loved by architects, designers and builders Work from home or a stunning architectural showroom in Richmond, hosting clients in a beautiful brand environment $130K Super Car Allowance What's in it for you This is a role for someone who loves beautiful products and knows how to build genuine relationships with a wide range of decision-makers in the new-build market across Victoria and Tasmania. You will have a beautifully designed showroom in Richmond, giving you a stunning environment to host clients, run events, and showcase your product range. Speaking of your product range, it includes "good - better - best" market positioning, providing you with a broad range to service high-end to high-volume projects. Rather than waiting for business to come through wholesale channels, you will proactively identify the right projects, pursue the right relationships, and help drive specifications and sales through from early engagement to delivery. This role suits someone who enjoys autonomy, likes being accountable for their pipeline, and is motivated by the challenge of growing market share from a relatively low base with the support of an established business and team behind them. What you'll do Build and grow relationships with multi-residential builders and developers, particularly boutique medium-density projects, positioning yourself as their go-to product advisor Guide clients through product selection and follow each opportunity through to a confirmed order, giving you full visibility of your pipeline and conversion Negotiate terms, pricing and hook up the builder, merchant and contractor for supply and delivery arrangements, allowing you to deliver real commercial value to your clients Manage and grow key accounts, staying connected with business owners, procurement managers, project managers and trades Host client visits, product launches and events from the Richmond showroom, strengthening relationships in a premium setting Liaise with and charm commercial plumbing merchants to stay across upcoming projects and opportunities Build and maintain an active CRM pipeline, keeping your territory organised and your forecasting sharp Who you are A commercially driven hunter mindset with the confidence to chase opportunities, and drive business forward. Strong relationship-building capability with the ability to connect with builders, developers, merchants and other decision-makers in a credible way. A strategic and targeted approach to sales, with the judgement to focus on the right accounts, projects and activities. Someone who is self-sufficient and comfortable working autonomously, while also communicating well and keeping the wider team informed. A practical, hands-on operator who is not afraid to roll their sleeves up and do what is required to move an opportunity ahead. The ability to balance commercial discipline with adaptability, knowing when to persist, when to adjust course and when to move on from low-value opportunities. A person who is results-oriented rather than purely relationship-oriented, and who can turn connections into tangible outcomes. Strong planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities across different stages of the pipeline. A straightforward, down-to-earth style Someone who can bring energy, resilience and a sense of humour to a competitive market environment. Ready to Apply?
