Job Description What you’ll be doing We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales & Account Executive to support our sales team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless customer journey, with a strong focus on website accuracy, content delivery, and overall online experience. You will act as a bridge between sales, support and website development team to ensure websites reflects accurate inventory, pricing, and promotions contributing directly to lead generation and customer satisfaction. Coordinate and support the sales team with daily operations Process sales orders, contracts, and documentation accurately Maintain and update customer databases and CRM systems Liaise with customers to provide information, updates, and support Assist in preparing sales presentations Handle inquiries and resolve customer issues in a timely manner Work closely with marketing, finance, and operations teams Track sales performance and assist in achieving sales targets
