For you; Salary range of $135K - $150K (depending on experience) bonuses Technologically advanced insurers including use of AI Hybrid working 1-2 days in the office Work for inspiring head of claims and managers Inclusive and collaborative team culture Well resourced claims functions including medical, financial and systems resources Employee incentive plan and discounted insurance On top of all of this demonstrated career progression! move in to Technical, Management, QA, Risk, projects, product and Training etc As a Senior Claims Consultant you will; Manage a reduced portfolio of complex or sensitive claims (around 30-35 claims) Conduct file reviews on assessed claims for payment approvals Provide strategy advice and coaching/mentoring to claims consultants Be involved in projects and change management. What You’ll Bring You’re someone who combines technical capability with strong emotional intelligence. Proven experience managing retail life insurance TPD claims Strong understanding of policy interpretation and claims philosophy Excellent stakeholder management skills (advisers, reinsurers, medical professionals) Experience coaching, mentoring, file reviews and supporting others with technical queries There is nothing lost in a phone call!
