The Role As Head Chef - Conference & Events, you will take full ownership of a high-performing kitchen that delivers large-scale functions, conferences, and offsite catering. Working closely with the Executive Chef, you will lead day-to-day operations, ensuring consistent execution across multiple events while maintaining quality, efficiency and cost control. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will manage and develop your team, drive performance during high-volume service, and play a key role in menu development and the ongoing evolution of the events offering. You will be responsible for aligning kitchen operations with service demands, ensuring every event is delivered seamlessly from preparation through to execution.
