Full Job Description Position: Site Supervisor Location: Perth, WA Salary: $110,000 - $130,000 About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead daily operations and ensure the successful delivery of upcoming projects. This role requires a proactive leader who can manage site activities from commencement through to completion while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate all on-site trades and suppliers to ensure efficient project delivery. Monitor construction programmes to ensure all project milestones are achieved on time. Enforce strict site safety protocols and ensure all personnel adhere to OHS regulations. Perform regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets all technical and project specifications. Act as the primary point of contact for resolving day-to-day site challenges and technical queries. What You'll Bring: Solid experience in a supervisory role within the construction or civil industry. A relevant trade qualification or substantial equivalent experience in site leadership. Strong ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and technical drawings. Demonstrated ability to manage diverse site teams and maintain professional trade relationships.
