Due to growth, we're on the hunt for a highly driven Customer Care Executive to join their team. As the Customer Care Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the Managing Director and Business Development Manager with the top key customer relationships within their business including supporting clients with general enquiries, administration support and proactively conduct customer health checks to ensure their needs are being met and identify potential upcoming needs. About the role: Assist with general office administration including answering of phones and responding to enquiries Processing of customer orders in CRM Proactively engage with customers via phone and email to understand their current and future business needs Conduct timely follow‑ups on enquiries and perform regular account health checks to ensure all requirements are met Coordinate and schedule appointments on behalf of the Business Development Manager Data entry and maintaining client files CRM What we're looking for: Previous experience in a similar role Commitment to the delivery of exceptional customer service and continual improvement of service delivery Demonstrated client liaison skills, with clear and positive phone manner.
