SLH Group is currently placing experienced Skilled Labourers on commercial construction projects across Newcastle. These are active, fast-paced sites. We need people who know what that means and are ready to get stuck in from day one. Responsibilities: Operating hand and power tools including drills, angle grinders, and jackhammers Cutting reinforcing steel (reo) and assisting with general steel fixing tasks as directed Installing, relocating, and maintaining temporary fencing General site cleanup and waste management, including moving and emptying skip bins to keep sites safe and compliant Assisting subcontractors and trades on site as required, being the person that keeps the job moving Materials handling, loading and unloading, and ensuring the right gear is in the right place Following site safety procedures and contributing to a safe working environment at all times Tickets Required: White card Desirable Tickets: HP - Hoist Silica Awareness DG - Doman Working at Heights Gold Card - Telehandler Traffic Control If you're interested in this role, click 'Apply Now' to submit your updated CV or contact us for a confidential discussion.
