Opportunities are available for experienced design and drafting professionals with strong Archicad experience to step into various positions within leading Perth firms, focusing on day-to-day operations while remaining hands-on technically. These roles are well suited to designers or draftspersons ready to take responsibility for technical documentation, quality control, and project delivery. You’ll oversee drafting outputs, respond to technical queries, and support the development of junior staff if Senior. Key Responsibilities: Manage the daily workflow and performance of the design team. Train, mentor, and review junior and intermediate draftspersons. Review ArchiCAD models, drawings, and reports, providing final technical sign-off. Respond to technical queries (TQs) and resolve design-related issues. Ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance across all project deliverables. Support continuous improvement in ArchiCAD systems and team capability.
