Office Manager Up to $85K Package | All-Rounder Role | Established Real Estate Business A well-established real estate business based in Inner Melbourne is seeking an experienced and highly organised Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the office. This role is a key position within the business, supporting both the Property Management and Sales teams while ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone with strong administration and front-of-house experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the central point of contact across a team. The Opportunity: You will be responsible for overseeing office operations while providing hands-on support across reception, property management administration, and general business operations. Responsibilities include: Managing day-to-day office operations and facilities coordination Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors Handling calls, mail, deliveries, and front-of-house presentation Coordinating keys, OFIs, and tenant documentation Preparing leasing packs and supporting property management processes Assisting with sales administration including contracts and reports Supporting onboarding, compliance, and internal operations Assisting with office events and ad hoc administrative duties What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years experience in Office Management or Senior Administration Strong reception / front-of-house experience Previous Real Estate or Property Management experience highly regarded Strong organisational and time management skills Confident communication and stakeholder management ability Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Proficient in Microsoft Office Agents Representative Certificate (or willingness to obtain) For further information, please contact Mia from Innovative Talent Group on 0434 288 927 or email mia @italent.com.au SCR-nicole-jordan
