This isn't your average Office Manager role. What you'll be doing Own the experience - You'll lead front-of-house operations, set the standard for how clients are welcomed and ensure the workspace looks and feels exceptional every day. Drive the operations - From facilities strategy and vendor management to budgets and compliance - you'll have full accountability for keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. Build the culture - Design and deliver events, engagement initiatives, and wellbeing programs that bring people together and reflect who they are as a company. Partner with leadership - Work closely with senior leaders on coordination, planning, and scheduling, including direct support to the Victorian Regional Lead. Make onboarding memorable - Own the new starter experience from day one, partnering with People & Culture to ensure every Melbourne hire feels welcomed and set up for success. Solve problems before they're problems - Spot inefficiencies, identify risks, and bring practical solutions to the table. You'll continuously improve systems, processes, and ways of working. Who we're looking for You're an experienced Workplace Experience Manager or Office Manager who genuinely loves creating spaces where people feel supported and inspired. Or perhaps you're a senior Office Coordinator ready to step into a leadership role and make it your own. You bring: 5–7 years in office management or senior administrative roles Strong communication skills and confidence working with stakeholders at all levels High proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with Synergy is a bonus -or a willingness to learn) A proactive, solutions-first mindset with sharp prioritisation skills Exceptional attention to detail and pride in presentation A calm, professional approach - even when things get busy Genuine passion for team culture, connection, and wellbeing Engineering or construction industry experience?
