The organisation is investing in customer retention and revenue growth through innovative loyalty initiatives, with strong executive backing and a clear roadmap for continued expansion. About the role This Program Manager will lead a business-critical loyalty transformation, reporting into senior leadership and working across tech, product, marketing, finance and CX. You’ll own end-to-end delivery of a cashback loyalty program, from MVP through to full rollout, managing multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
