About your new role This is a dynamic, true generalist People & Culture role, reporting to the Head of People & Culture. As a trusted Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting the full employee lifecycle while delivering high-quality HR services across the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Coordinating end-to-end recruitment activities, including interview support and onboarding Managing employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and contract management Providing advice and support to leaders and employees on HR policies and procedures Maintaining and administering HR systems and employee records Supporting learning and development initiatives, including managing LMS activity and training programs Contributing to diversity & inclusion initiatives and broader people-related projects Supporting employment branding initiatives, including talent attraction and early careers programs Partnering with payroll and external stakeholders to ensure seamless HR operations About you You are a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You bring a strong customer service mindset and enjoy building relationships across all levels of an organisation.
