We are a well-established and industry-leading food manufacturing company, recognised for our commitment to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our afternoon shift maintenance team and drive performance across our production facility. The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the electrical maintenance team during the afternoon shift, ensuring equipment reliability, safety compliance, and minimal downtime across the plant. Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and support a team of electricians and maintenance technicians Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance activities across production lines Ensure all electrical work complies with safety standards and regulations Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical faults in a timely manner Coordinate shift handovers and communicate effectively with day and night teams Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant efficiency and reliability Manage contractor activities when required About You Trade-qualified Electrician with relevant certifications Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within manufacturing (food/FMCG highly regarded) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Experience with PLCs, automation systems, and industrial equipment Sound understanding of workplace health & safety requirements Excellent communication and leadership capabilities What We Offer Competitive salary package of $130,000 – $140,000 Super Stable afternoon shift hours offering work-life balance Opportunity to join a leading and growing organisation Supportive team culture with ongoing training and development Modern manufacturing facility with advanced equipment If you are interested in this role please contact APPLY to this advert or contact Joe Keogh at Blackbook Executive on
