As Marketing Manager , you will lead the development, delivery and optimisation of BCNA’s digital marketing, brand content and campaign activity across paid and owned channels. Reporting to the Head of Brand and Engagement, you will play a pivotal role in bringing BCNA’s purpose to life through high-performing, integrated campaigns that drive reach, engagement, income and supporter experience. You will oversee the execution of multichannel campaigns, ensuring every touchpoint is on brand, insight-led and delivers measurable impact. Working closely with internal teams across fundraising, advocacy and digital, you will translate strategy into compelling digital campaigns that connect audiences to BCNA’s mission. You will also manage key agency partnerships across creative and media, ensuring activity is delivered efficiently, collaboratively and to a high standard. This is a hands-on role that blends creative storytelling with commercial discipline. You will champion digital innovation, optimise performance through data and testing, and ensure BCNA continues to evolve its digital marketing capability to meet the needs of its growing community. About YOU You’re a digitally savvy marketing leader with a passion for purpose-driven work and a strong track record delivering high-impact campaigns. You thrive at the intersection of strategy and execution—comfortable rolling up your sleeves while also guiding others and shaping direction. You bring a deep understanding of how digital channels work together to tell powerful stories, inspire action and create meaningful member and supporter experiences. Data and insight inform your decisions, but creativity and empathy guide your approach. You’re collaborative by nature, confident working across teams and with external partners, and motivated by making a real difference. You’ll bring: Extensive experience planning, executing and optimising digital campaigns across paid and owned channels Strong expertise in performance marketing, analytics and using insights to improve engagement and ROI Hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including journey builder, segmentation and automation A strong understanding of brand, content and messaging in a multichannel environment Experience managing creative and media agencies to deliver integrated, high-quality campaign activity Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external partners Proven people leadership experience, with the ability to develop, motivate and support high-performing teams A creative, solution-focused mindset with strong attention to detail and delivery excellence Alignment with BCNA’s values of Care, Courage, Accountability and Belonging, and a commitment to creating meaningful outcomes for members and supporters Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in digital marketing, communications or a related discipline Experience in the health, community or not-for-profit sector (highly regarded) Gembridge Australia champions diversity and is committed to building an inclusive environment.
