This is a hands-on, collaborative role that sits at the heart of day-to-day marketing execution. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will help bring campaigns, events, digital updates, and brand activity to life. You’ll play an important role in ensuring marketing materials are delivered on time, aligned to brand standards, and consistently executed across channels. This role suits someone who enjoys variety, brings strong attention to detail, and works well across multiple priorities. You will support both strategic initiatives and practical execution, gaining broad exposure across brand, digital, direct marketing, and events. What you’ll do Coordinate the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives, working with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver on time Support the delivery of events, including logistics, promotions, materials, and post-event feedback Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and support the creation of on-brand assets Assist with digital activity, including website updates, directory listings, and digital campaign support Support email and direct marketing activity, including list management, distribution, and performance tracking Provide day-to-day marketing and administrative support, including creating flyers, invitations, and managing database mailers What we’re looking for Experience in a marketing coordination or marketing support role Exposure to supporting digital channels such as social media, email, websites, and paid campaigns Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage tasks, timelines, and details An analytical mindset with a willingness to learn how campaign results are tracked and improved A positive, proactive attitude and eagerness to learn, contribute, and grow in a marketing role What's in it for you?
