Join a well known and respected joinery business in the Gold Coast as a project manager. This is a hands-on role that requires a deep understanding of joinery manufacturing and installation processes. Key Responsibilities Manage multiple joinery projects from concept through to manufacture, installation and completion Plan, schedule and monitor project timelines, budgets and overall performance Review drawings, specifications, and production requirements to ensure accuracy and buildability Work closely with the factory to align manufacturing outputs with site requirements Ensure all site safety standards, compliance, and controls are implemented and maintained Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and drive project outcomes Track and report on project performance, identifying opportunities for improvement Skills & Experience Trade background in joinery, cabinet making or shopfitting is essential Proven experience in a Project Manager role within joinery or fit-out Strong understanding of joinery production processes and materials Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and technical plans Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities Working rights within Australia What's on Offer Stable, growing company with a strong project pipeline Supportive team and collaborative culture Competitive salary package Opportunity to take ownership of major projects Please note only candidate with experience within the industry will be contacted.
