MSS Security is seeking a Senior Security Team Leader to join the team at our corporate client site. In this role you will work alongside the Site Manager and will be responsible for ensuring security, safety, compliance, and high-performance standards across the site. This position involves coordinating daily operations and maintaining a strong, professional approach when engaging with the client, the public, and your team. This role is a 12-hour day shift position, including some weekend work. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily security operations while delivering high-quality customer service with a strong client and public focus Monitor and operate CCTV systems and manage access control platforms effectively Conduct concierge duties, including front desk management, visitor engagement, and general enquiries Perform regular roving patrols to maintain site safety and security Oversee loading dock operations, ensuring safe and authorised access for deliveries Manage mailroom processes, including handling and distributing incoming and outgoing items Lead small teams and provide after-hours support when required Ensure only authorised personnel access restricted areas through strict access control procedures Requirements: Full Australian Working Rights. Victorian Security License (Control Room Endorsement is advantageous). Certificate II in Security Operations (or higher). First Aid & CPR Availability to work 12 hours day shifts, including some weekend work.
