Recruitment Resourcer Eastern Creek | Full-time | Office Based Be part of a team focused on delivering quality outcomes for clients and candidates. We're looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to support our NSW operations with sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding candidates across a portfolio of industrial clients. This is a hands-on recruitment support role , working closely with a team of Account Managers and operations leadership to ensure workforce requirements are filled quickly and compliantly. This role is office-based in our Eastern Creek Office and suited to someone who enjoys the operational side of recruitment - sourcing candidates, conducting interviews and ensuring workers are job ready and compliant. The Role Working as part of a busy operations team, you will support recruitment activity across an established client base. Your focus will be sourcing and preparing candidates to ensure they are compliant, job-ready and available to meet client workforce requirements. This role requires someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple recruitment processes at once. Key Responsibilities Source candidates through database searches, job advertisements, application screening and proactive talent searches. Conduct candidate screening and interviews Verify candidate documentation Conduct functional capacity assessments, manual handling assessments and drug & alcohol testing Manage candidate onboarding and compliance documentation Maintain accurate records within recruitment systems including FastTrack360 Assist with job advertisements and candidate communication Provide general recruitment and administrative support to the operations team About You Minimum 1 year recruitment experience in labour hire Strong sourcing and screening capability Confident conducting candidate interviews and pre-employment assessments High attention to detail and strong administrative skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Strong communication skills and professional candidate engagement Experience with FastTrack360 or similar recruitment systems is highly advantageous Why Join Us Established recruitment business with strong industrial client relationships Supportive and collaborative team environment Opportunity to develop your recruitment capability within a busy operations team Stable full time permanent role Ready to Apply?
