Work grounds maintenance (gardening and mowing) on commercial sites located around Melbourne's Northern suburbs. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions from your Team Leader are crucial. This hands-on position is perfect for those passionate about gardening and landscaping, with a dedication to outdoor work. Responsibilities Perform tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and watering. Mow lawns, trim edges, and care for turf areas. Prepare soil, mulch, and plant beds. Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment. Adhere to safety protocols for a safe work environment. What you'll need Previous experience in landscaping, gardening, or a related field required. Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards. Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team. Valid Driver’s License. National Police Check mandatory. White Card. Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain.
