ABOUT THE ROLE This is an opportunity for a Senior Architect to take on a key role within a growing and respected studio. You will be involved across all project phases, contributing strong design thinking while ensuring technical excellence in delivery. The role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, can confidently lead aspects of projects, is motivated by problem solving and developing client relationships, and ultimately delivery projects on time & in budget. DUTIES Lead the design and documentation of projects from concept through to completion Translate client briefs into considered & creative architecture Prepare detailed documentation and drawings using Revit Coordinate with consultants and internal teams to ensure project alignment Maintain design intent while navigating project constraints and delivery requirements Contribute to client engagement and ongoing relationship management Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff SKILLS & EXPERIENCE Architectural registration in NSW Proven experience operating at as an experienced Architect within a design-focused practice Strong proficiency in Revit is essential Demonstrated design capability with strong attention to detail Experience across hospitality, mixed-use or residential Strong communication and coordination skills Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team environment CULTURE The studio offers a mature working environment where people are trusted to manage their time and output without unnecessary hierarchy or bureaucracy.
