As an Architectural Graduate at Populous, you’ll be immersed in the full spectrum of the design process, from early concepts through to detailed delivery, gaining hands-on experience and guidance from industry leaders. In this role you will: Shape design ideas through sketches, diagrams, and 3D models. Produce diagrams, drawings, and perspectives that clearly communicate intent. Collaborate with architects and designers, contributing to design and documentation. Coordinating with external consultants. Develop and refine 3D visualisations and presentation materials. Support delivery through documentation, coordination, and submission packages. Engage in design discussions, applying critical thinking and problem-solving. This is a role where you’ll actively contribute to projects that shape communities, while building the skills and experience to launch your architectural career. What are we looking for? We are looking for an Architectural Graduate who brings creativity and curiosity to our team. This role is well-suited to someone who thrives in collaboration, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated to contribute to projects that shape communities. A strong design sensibility and critical thinking skills. Strong representation skills: diagramming, sketching, 3D perspectives, and modelling. Strong proactive thinking and communication skills. Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, V-Ray & Enscape. And of course, a Masters in Architecture (or equivalent).
