About the roles These exciting full-time, ongoing roles are located within VicHealth's Health Promotion Systems Group: Coordinator, Food Systems (reporting to the Manager, Food Systems) Coordinator, Commercial and Economic Systems (reporting to the Manager, Commercial and Economic Systems) Key responsibilities Across both roles, you will be responsible for: Contributing to the design and activation of approaches that influence systems impacting Victorians' health and wellbeing Delivering project management activities, including planning, workplans, contract management and reporting Supporting the implementation of grant rounds, projects and contracts Working across systems teams, where required, to support priority work About you You will bring strong experience in designing, implementing and managing projects, with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in writing and verbally. You will also demonstrate the ability to: Work collaboratively to solve problems Pay close attention to detail, proactively identifying gaps or risks Build and maintain productive relationships and professionally represent VicHealth with government departments, agencies, sector partners and communities Qualifications and experience For both roles, you will have: A relevant qualification at Advanced Diploma level and/or strong demonstrated experience working in a project officer or coordinator role Experience supporting grant rounds, projects and contracts Demonstrated experience contributing to approaches that influence systems shaping health and wellbeing Experience public health, health promotion, community or government sectors (preferred) Desirable: Food Systems: understanding of how food systems impact health and wellbeing Commercial and Economic Systems: understanding of how commercial and economic systems impact health and wellbeing Closing date : Monday, 27 April 2026 Tenure : Full-time, ongoing Classification : VicHealth Grade C Remuneration : From $79,060 per annum (plus superannuation and benefits) Benefits Hybrid work model Bring your dog to work days Employee Assistance Program Fresh fruit, breakfast and coffee machine provided See our Careers page for a full list of benefits.
