Electrical Leading Hand – Commercial High-Rise Brisbane QLD $60–$65 per hour super penalties Full-time / Ongoing Project About the Role We are seeking an experienced Electrical Leading Hand to join a commercial high-rise project in Brisbane. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will be responsible for running a crew, coordinating works, and ensuring delivery across a fast-paced construction environment. You will be working alongside reputable builders and project teams on large-scale, multi-storey developments. Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of electricians and apprentices on-site Coordinate daily site activities, materials, and labour Carry out hands-on electrical work including rough-in, fit-off, and commissioning Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications Ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Liaise with builders, site managers, and other trades Maintain strong QA/QC and compliance with WHS requirements Requirements Current QLD Electrical Licence Previous experience as a Leading Hand on commercial or high-rise projects Strong background in commercial construction Ability to lead crews and drive productivity on-site White Card, CPR/LVR (within 12 months) Strong communication and organisational skills What’s on Offer $60–$65 per hour super penalties Long-term, high-profile commercial project Strong pipeline of ongoing work Supportive team environment with career progression opportunities Apply Now If you're a motivated Leading Hand ready to step into a key role on a major build, apply now or contact: Must reside in Australia to be considered.
