About the Role We are seeking an experienced Senior Aruba Network Engineer to join a high-performing technology team delivering enterprise-scale network solutions. This role is ideal for a specialist with deep expertise in HPE Aruba technologies who thrives on designing, deploying, and optimising secure and scalable campus and wireless networks. You will play a key role in leading Aruba implementations, providing technical leadership, and ensuring best-practice network architecture across a complex environment. Key Responsibilities Design, deploy, and support HPE Aruba networking solutions across wireless and campus environments. Lead end-to-end implementations, including greenfield deployments, network refreshes, and migrations. Configure and manage Aruba CX switching, wireless and Aruba Central. Implement Aruba ClearPass for Network Access Control (NAC) Provide Level 3 support and troubleshooting for complex network issues. Develop high-level and low-level design documentation (HLD/LLD). Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing network solutions. Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical standards and governance. Ensure solutions align with security and compliance best practices. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Senior Network Engineer with a strong focus on HPE Aruba technologies. Demonstrated success in multiple Aruba deployments within enterprise or multi-site environments. Hands-on expertise with: Aruba CX Switching Aruba Wireless Aruba Central Aruba ClearPass (NAC) Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, routing and switching (OSPF, BGP, VLANs, VRFs). Experience producing HLD and LLD documentation. Excellent troubleshooting and stakeholder engagement skills. About You A proactive and solutions-focused engineer with strong attention to detail.
