The role operates across strategy and delivery, partnering with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to analyse problems, shape solutions, and drive sustainable operational outcomes. Note: This is not an automation build role. The focus is automation‑informed analysis and solution design. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end business analysis across retail, SAP, digital, and operational initiatives. Conduct current‑state, future‑state, gap, and impact analysis. Elicit, document, and manage business, functional, and non‑functional requirements. Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution artefacts. Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, and decision forums. Support solution design, UAT, and implementation. Maintain requirements traceability through delivery. About You 5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst. Retail industry experience. SAP and Digital experience in a business or technology context. Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills. Experience working with vendors and third‑party partners. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Strong understanding of store operations, POS, pricing and promotions, inventory, supply chain, and customer journeys. Conceptual understanding of automation approaches (e.g. Power Automate, RPA, APIs). Experience working with external vendors and delivery partners. Experience working with digital platforms (eCommerce, mobile, loyalty, customer platforms). At 7-Eleven our people are at the heart of everything we do.
