We are currently seeking a Corporate Support Coordinator to join our Head Office team in Canberra on a full-time, 6-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension. About the Role This is a dynamic, hands-on role at the heart of our Head Office operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of corporate support functions, providing high-quality administrative, facilities, and coordination support across the organisation. You will play a key role in maintaining a professional, safe, and efficient office environment while supporting internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and suppliers, and manage incoming calls, mail, and deliveries Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain a professional office environment, including reception, communal areas, and presentation standards Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, cleaning, security, utilities, and contractor coordination Manage supplier contracts, invoices, compliance documentation, and WHS requirements, including contractor inductions Coordinate office services such as stationery, couriers, equipment, ID and access cards Support pool vehicle coordination, maintenance, and compliance Assist with events coordination and broader office initiatives Manage the Privacy Inbox in collaboration with Legal Support travel coordination activities, including reporting and accommodation bookings Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes About You You are a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being the go-to person for office coordination.
