You’ll play a key role in ensuring the stability, performance, and integrity of high volume, regulated transaction flows, and core record keeping systems. As the escalation point for integration and processing issues, you’ll use ServiceNow, Splunk, Omni, SQL, and Atlassian toolsets to identify root causes, resolve incidents, and minimise business impact. The role includes participation in an on-call roster for mission critical systems. Location: Brisbane Key Responsibilities: Provide specialist support for the Omni Registry platform, ensuring reliable transaction processing and exception handling Manage incidents, problems, and changes via ServiceNow, aligned to ITIL best practices Troubleshoot orchestration failures, suspended messages, data issues, and transaction recoveries Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes, workarounds, data fixes and internal customer updates Proactively monitor platforms and transaction flows using Splunk, SQL queries, and Omni logging tools Configure alerts and dashboards for early detection of performance or processing issues Maintain support documentation and assist stakeholders with system understanding Escalate issues to development teams and vendors as required About you You are a proactive, detail-oriented Enterprise Application support specialist with experience supporting financial or transactional systems in production environments. You thrive in regulated, high availability settings and are confident working across technical and business teams. Key Skills and Experience: Proven experience supporting large enterprise platforms Experience with high volume financial transactions, and platform integrations Strong skills in ServiceNow, Splunk, SQL Server, and incident/problem management Ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration and data issues quickly Experience with high volume transaction flows for financial, superannuation or insurance platforms Strong communication and stakeholder management skills ITIL Foundation, Agile/SDLC exposure, and financial services experience desirable Willingness to participate in an on-call roster About us Our 2.4 million members trust us to take care of over $330 billion in retirement savings.
