A leading law firm are seeking a motivated, detailed orientated Receptionist / Administration Support person . As front of house, this is a unique opportunity to work in a stimulating and rewarding environment where teamwork and client care are at the heart of what we do. As the first point of contact for clients, your responsibilities will include: Being the initial point of contact for new clients , ensuring all enquiries are handled promptly and courteously Answering and directing incoming phone calls & emails with professionalism and attention to detail Greeting and welcoming guests to the office Arranging appointments for lawyers and clients Assisting with general administrative tasks to support the wider team as required About You: Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills Presents professionally and confidently Is organized, reliable, and enjoys helping others Can multitask while maintaining attention to detail Strong life experiences and a mature approach to problem solving Ability to work both independently and collaboratively Confident in using Microsoft Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite Has previous experience in reception or administration (legal experience is helpful but not essential) Hours Full-time (8:45am – 5:15pm)
