About the Role We are seeking a motivated Installation Technician to join a specialist project delivery team within the sports surfacing and landscape construction industry. This is a hands-on field-based role involving the installation of synthetic turf and sports surface systems across a range of commercial and sporting projects. You will work closely with supervisors and project managers to deliver high-quality outcomes across all stages of installation. This role requires regular travel between Victoria and South Australia , depending on project demand. All travel, accommodation, and expenses are fully covered. Key Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, base works, turf installation, and finishing works Operate tools, plant, and equipment safely and effectively Read and interpret plans under supervision Carry out site measurements and quality checks Support daily site coordination and reporting Maintain accurate documentation and records Follow all safety, environmental, and quality procedures Participate in toolbox talks and safety meetings Work collaboratively with supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams Assist with problem-solving and on-site issue resolution About You Experience in landscaping, civil construction, turf installation, or similar (preferred) Strong hands-on practical skills Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions High attention to detail and pride in workmanship Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable, motivated, and safety-focused approach White Card (essential) Valid driver’s licence (essential) Willingness to travel interstate (VIC & SA) What’s on Offer SALARY DEPENDING ON EXPEIRENCE (DOE) Company vehicle provided Phone and tools of trade supplied ✈️ All travel, accommodation, and expenses covered Multi-state project exposure (Victoria & South Australia) Long-term career development opportunities Strong team culture and supportive environment Location Based in Campbellfield, VIC , with regular travel across Victoria and South Australia depending on project requirements.
