About the Role: We are seeking a mechanically minded, hands-on Technology & Hardware Implementation Specialist to join our client's team. This role involves installing and managing security technology and hardware across construction sites, coordinating with site managers, electricians, and contractors. The ideal candidate is confident with hand tools, tech-savvy, and experienced with project management and CRM software including HammerTech, Monday.com, and HubSpot. Key Responsibilities: Deliver full turnkey installation of access-controlled turnstiles and gates on construction sites. Manage handovers, provide training, and troubleshoot technology issues both onsite and remotely. Utilize HammerTech for site safety, compliance, and documentation. Use Monday.com to manage project workflows, schedules, and team coordination. Use HubSpot to track client interactions, project progress, and communication. Liaise with clients, site managers, electricians, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery. Confidently use hand tools and demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude for installations and adjustments. Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and manage project documentation. Adapt to changing site conditions and project requirements. Key Requirements: Mechanically minded with practical problem-solving skills. Strong experience with hardware and technology installations on construction sites. Confident using hand tools and performing mechanical installation tasks. Experience with HammerTech, Monday.com, and HubSpot highly desirable. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to manage schedules, calendars, and multi-site coordination.
