Your purpose: As the Media Implementation Account Director, you will work alongside another Account Director and lead a small team of Managers, Executives and Assistants. You'll be the expert leading our offline buying, fully understanding briefs, contributing to wholistic media strategies and working with your Managers to build responses and channel strategies. Your Responsibilities: Manage the execution of day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across mainly offline channels - leveraging support of the team where needed. Lead and oversee your team's product including implementation, quality of outputs, reporting, and day-to-day invoicing and billing Build and maintain strong working relationships with the client, agency partners and media partners Creating optimisation plans to improve campaign health and strategy Business development with new and existing clients; including contributing to pitches, proposals, case studies & acting on opportunities as they crop up. Your Expertise: Proven experience in a similar role across Investment and Activation. Proven experience managing and mentoring a small team Exceptional client management skills and experience in a client facing role Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast-paced environment A passion for working within activation & cross team collaboration with the digital team Want to be a part of the team?
