Work alongside and in support of Corporate Affairs leaders and their teams Gain exposure across media and communications, sustainability, First Nations initiatives, and community partnerships Coordinate the Wesfarmers Arts ticketing program About the team Within the Wesfarmers Corporate Office, our Corporate Affairs team has broad responsibilities aligned with Wesfarmers reputation, including corporate communications and reporting, advancing our sustainability objectives, delivery of our reconciliation commitments, government and stakeholder engagement, and community partnerships - including the Wesfarmers Arts program. What you’ll do This entry-level graduate role works alongside Wesfarmers Corporate Affairs leaders and their teams, to support the delivery of key priorities for the Corporate Office and Corporate Affairs team. You will build hands on experience in corporate affairs, supporting significant activities, projects and events, particularly: In the lead up to and for the release of Wesfarmers half and full year results The development of Wesfarmers reporting suite including the Annual Report, Modern Slavery Statement and other reporting documents The maintenance of the Wesfarmers website You will also take primary responsibility for managing the Wesfarmers Arts ticketing program, providing opportunities for Wesfarmers Team Members to attend Wesfarmers Arts partner events, throughout the year. What you’ll need Tertiary qualification in communications, public affairs, sustainability, or a related discipline Demonstrated interest in Corporate Affairs, ideally via engagement through study, projects or work experience Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines A collaborative, professional, and proactive approach to your work, and team The ability to call on your resilience and to use your initiative during busy periods Pride in your work and a track-record of delivering to a high-standard About Wesfarmers As one of Australia’s largest listed companies, we’re proud of our longstanding contribution to Australians.
