The Role We are searching for a talented Instructional Designer to join a passionate Learning & Development team. In this role, you will design and develop engaging eLearning solutions ranging from short microlearning hits to in-depth courses. You will bring together impactful content development, graphic design, and storytelling, delivered with a sense of humour, to create eLearning that is both enjoyable and effective. You will apply instructional design best practices, collaborate with subject matter experts, and juggle multiple projects and priorities with ease. Key Responsibilities Design and develop dynamic eLearning experiences using Articulate Storyline 360 and Rise. Create a variety of learning assets, from short microlearning modules to comprehensive courses. Apply instructional design methodologies to ensure learning outcomes are met. Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to source and validate content. Use graphic design and storytelling techniques to produce polished, engaging modules. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a sharp attention to detail. About You (Skills & Experience) Essential: Strong hands-on experience with Articulate Storyline 360 (and Rise). Essential: Sharp attention to detail and a high level of design sensibility. Essential: Demonstrated creativity in building polished, engaging learning modules. Highly Desirable: Proven project management experience. A natural storyteller with a sense of humour and the ability to make learning enjoyable. Work Arrangement Our client's headquarters is located in the southeastern suburbs of Melbourne . This role requires being in the office three days per week . Why Join?
