Develop detailed safety plans in collaboration with clients following appropriate risk assessments. Perform initial intake assessment/program triage function as required. Assist with facilitation or co-facilitation of group programs as required. Be able to respond to active clients who may be in crisis situations. Key selection criteria Relevant tertiary qualification in Nursing. Full registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse with AHPRA. Registered Nurses with considerable mental health experience considered. Demonstrated experience working with clients with mental health & psychosocial conditions including those at risk of suicide.
